We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability. Enterprise customers are covered by specific Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with guaranteed uptime and support response times.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Intercept AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.
